What Listly does

Listly is a tool that helps Etsy sellers create product listings. You connect your own Etsy shop, upload a product photo, and the app drafts a title, description, tags and materials. You review and edit everything, and the listing is sent to your shop as a draft. Nothing is published without an explicit action by you.

What we store

• Your Etsy OAuth token. Required to create listings in your shop on your behalf.
• Your shop ID and shop name. To write to the correct shop.
• Your preferences. The shipping profile, processing time and return policy you select.
• Images you upload. To send them to Etsy and to process them with AI.
• Usage counters. To enforce your monthly quota.

We do not read or store payment information, buyer information, orders or sales data. The permissions the app requests from Etsy are limited to creating and editing your own listings and reading your own shop settings.

How we protect it

• Your Etsy access token is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM. It is never written anywhere in plain text.
• The value in your session cookie is not stored in our database — only a cryptographic hash of it is.
• Every database query is scoped to a single user. One user cannot reach another user's data.
• Uploaded images are stored in per-user paths and served only to their signed-in owner.
• All traffic is served over HTTPS.

Third parties

We send requests to AI service providers to generate listing text and images. Those requests contain only your product description and the images you uploaded. Your Etsy access token and account credentials are never shared with them. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing.

Disconnecting and deletion

You can sign out at any time to end your session. To remove the app's access to your shop entirely, revoke Listly in your Etsy account under Account settings → Apps. If you want your stored data deleted, contact us and we will delete it within 30 days.
